we're currently enjoying some post dinner down time with gpa and gma z who are passing through on the way to a fun coastal spring break... babyj gets to hang out with them until tomorrow afternoon... and then perhaps again next weekend? we shall seeeeee! enjoy some pics from the past week... perhaps i'll narrate as we go. :) i'm not very good at putting these in exact chrono order... but i figure with only a week to work with, it likely doesn't matter tooooo much...

and here, 2 of my very favoritest people in the whole wide world! they're about 97 years apart!!! can you dig that? she's known 4 generations of my family on both sides (of my family)!!! oh, if only jakob can hear her speak in a mtg... any mtg... fellowship or otherwise... what a true joy!!! but we'll take tea and girl scout cookies with her any day!! :) we missed all the smiles with the camera timing...

and now... for a super soft, almost buttery t-shirt feel... this next outfit is one that IIIIII want for ME! :) it's one we're growing into... which is GREAT! cute little butt patch for when he starts sitting... ooooooh the fun of what's to come! and NO, we're not rushing things... we're living every day... and enjoying the process... cuz it's only gonna happen once... and i want to savor every last bit of this "sabbatical" i'm privileged to have!

and this is the "model pose..." not sure for which mag... but he's doing the oh so sensitive look... fist is on it's way to/from the mouth... lower lip.... check!

dad's got his hands full in this one... puppers is eyein' the tasty apple piece! j has no idea... :)

and now... i just can't seem to resist these sleeping shots... he seems to be preferring the soft blankey for many of his "journey's to sleep"... but this time, it required mr. binks and the blankie... some times... just mr binks... but now, just in the past week, sometimes just the blankie... keeps things interesting... and us on our toes!
